RETURN POLICY

The J.O.Y. Movement is a movement with a mission of spreading the true gospel message of choosing Jesus Over Yourself® to women. The J.O.Y. shop provides tangible reminders and is a way to support the work of the ministry. 

At this time, all sales are final. We are a small ministry with a shop to support this Kingdom work. We understand that sometimes shopping online can be difficult when navigating sizing. To help ease this, we have added extra sizing details in the description for each shirt. 

In the rare event that an item is defective as a result of craftsmanship from our third party printer and shipper (not related to normal wear and tear or shipping), please email us within 15 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate anything after the 15 day window of time. 

The printer reserves the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the item's condition. If there is a manufacturer defect, items should be returned in new condition; unworn, unwashed, unused and will be subject to refusal with any signs of use (including smell, etc).  

To notify us of any apparel damage by the manufacturer, send your request via email to: shopjesusoveryourself@gmail.com with heading: DAMAGED ITEM. Must include order # in email as well as photo of damaged item.

By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
